Our Story

Brewed for the curious,

Torch & Crown Brewing Company was born from a simple conviction: the best beer happens when people gather around something real. Nestled in the heart of Union Square, our taproom is a place where the brewer's craft meets the neighbor's conversation.

Every batch starts with intention — locally sourced ingredients, patient fermentation, and a willingness to surprise. We brew for the regulars who know our stout by heart, and for the first-timers who are still discovering what they like.
